Advantages: Touchscreen, Tri-band, SymbianOS, Bluetooth Disadvantages: Sometimes crashes, Large size
When I went out for a new phone back in early 2004 I was looking for a phone that did everything that a phone could do. A combination PDA and telephone, with a camera and all the trimmings.
A good all-rounder if you don't mind the size.
Swayed partly by my liking of Three's phone tariffs, as I was moving away from Pay As You Go on another network, my choice of phones was a little limited.
After a fair bit of research I decided on the Motorola a925.
Very easy to pick up and use, there wasn't anything I needed to refer to the handbook to understand, it was all intuitive and simple to navigate.
The phone comes with a fair amount of inbuilt applications (clock / calendar / todo list / web-browser / 1.2 megapixel digital camera / mp3 player / dictaphone) and because it is running SymbianOS you can very easily download more. I ...

The Philips shaver eliminates the need for shaving foam, which i always found an annoyance.
I think that the reason for the closeness is the fact that each of the heads vibrates/girates and moves independantly, meaning that they can move accordingly to each person's individual features. Moving around the jaw bone and cheek bones, means that it gets alot closer to the skin ...
Advantages: Compact, gorgeous looking, good sound quality Disadvantages: Poor battery life
I purchased my Sony DEJ925 after much deliberation and finally justified spending almost £200 on a CD player. I had dropped my last player and was so mad at myself - I resolved that if I had a really good, expensive player I would be more likely to take extra special care of it - Which I have done - I have treated it as if it were a baby. I adore it.
I have recently however grown to be annoyed with it and this is due to the batteries. As John Frederickson says in his really thorough opinion which I think is great, the nickel-metal hydrate batteries are very expensive and a replacement cost me £20 each. I won't go on to repeat sections of John's opinion and would recommend that you read his excellent description.
After a fair few recharges from totally discharged, I would put the unit on charge and it would knock off after about ...
