Advantages: Cheap Disadvantages: Hideously ugly, quite difficult to use
...The Philips C12/ Savvy is probably the single most hideous phone you will ever encounter. It looks like a walkie-talkie. The user interface is difficult to navigate, and when compared to other phones it is slightly under-featured. But it has an advantge: price.
I've seen this phone going for £30, which is a real bargain. The user interface does get easier to navigate when used to the phone, it just lacks Nokia's quality and ease of use. And you can live with the looks.
Overall, a phone that is just about right for the price....

Advantages: Cheap, easy to use Disadvantages: Ugly, slow
...After owning a VCR-like Philips Diga for a year or so, i decided to upgrade to the then new Philips C12. The main reason for this at the time was that you could use it in conjunction with a hands free kit. This attracted me at the time because of the brain cancer scares etc. I have owned the phone for 7 months, and am completely sick of it. The buttons are hard to use, the display barely visible, looks like a melted mars bar and is slow. The only good thing about it is the low price. I am now looking to purchase the Nokia 3210, a great phone which is everything the philips c12 is not. You can not use other sim cards in the phone, so if u get cut off there is no escape from buying a new phone....

Advantages: It's easy to use Disadvantages: It could have come in different colours
...Most people I know think that the Philips C12 is not a very good phone as it doesn't have any games or special ring tones and that you can't change the covers on it. I own a Philips C12 and i am very pleased with it. It has ok ring tones and is small and light weight. Ok so it doesn' have 'snakes' on it but i find it a very easy to use phone. you can also send text messages with icons on it too so who says it isn't trendy! Overall i think that it is a great phone that is easy to use and not too tarty....

After owning a dvd/vhs player for about 4 years and the dvd player finally deciding not to work at all, after a period of it sometimes playing dvds and sometimes not depending on the mood it was in, it was decided it was time to get a new one. As we now... more
I have fairly sensitive skin and up until now I have always used a wet shave razor. Wet razors didn't leave my skin burning, but they did leave the skin feeling very exposed and would cause it to dry out. Since I'd read that electric razors were good in... more
I was attracted to purchase this DVD player a while ago for its DivX capabilities (something not too many players have).
It is a fairly impressive HDMI player, supporting 1080p High Definition resolution pictures. The HD output is flawless and makes... more
Having wet shaved my whole life, I've decided to invest for an electric dry shaver. Why? Because wet shaving is a pain for me (I switched from Gilette Fusion Power) and I simply don't have enough time to wet shave. Trying not to disappoint my first... more
