...IN 1997 I GOT CUT OFF FROM BT FOR NOT PAYING FOR PHONE CALLS WHICH NO-ONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD MADE BUT I NEEDED A PHONE SO I WENT OUT AND A PHILLIPS 301 ON THE PAY-AS-YOU-GO IT COST £129.99. THEN 6 MONTH LATER TO KEEP IN CONTACT WITH HOME I WENT OUT AND GOT THE EXACTLY THE SAME PHONE (WELL I THOUGHT IT WAS THE SAME PHONE IT WAS A PHILLIPS 301) BUT THERE WAS SOMETHING DIFFERENT ABOUT IT OH YES THE PRICE (WAIT FOR IT) £69.00 (YES THAT IS RIGHT £69.00) THAT IS ALMOST HALF TO WHAT I PAID FOR THE FIRST ONE. ...Philips 960 review When you switch it on it asks for the PIN code and shows a quick animation with the PHILIPS logo and the Philips ringtone, and then you come up to the main screen where you can see the wallpaper, the battery meter on the top right side , the clock and Shortcuts down on the right side , the date and Music down on the left side and the signal the profile and bluetooth calendar and/or infrared (if they are in use) on the top left side of the screen.
