When you are using it, it glides across the skin while shaving - the previous model felt like it was dragging and it felt like it was pulling out the hair. This model feels gentler than that. In terms of cleaning the heads, this is by far the easiest to maintain. You just unclip the blade which hinges back from the head and the small cuts of hair can be easily washed away under a tap.
Philips also claim corrosion-free heads which means they should not rust. So far that has been true but to see if that is true will be a test of time in his opinion.
The shaver is is rechargeable and comes with it's own docking bay ...

Well i bought this shaver and it was a bit pricey , but i later found out why it was that much. Now my skin on my face is very sensitive i always end up with razor burn after i shave. But with this shaver i did not get any razor burn and the shave was very close.
It is a bit noisy but the shave is great. This was my second time buying a electric shaver and i am very pleased with the quality. Now the Battery life is great it last a very long time one of the best i have seen. What i also thought was cool was the Jet Clean System that the razor came with. You put in a special solution and it cleans the blades, you can also clean the blade under your sink . All in all this is one of the best shavers in my opinion. ...

At first sight this shaver looks somewhat gimicky. It does, however, give an excellent shave. The best shaver I have ever used on my neck with no sign of the soreness associated with some other shavers. It is not as quiet as my last shaver but the noise is not intrusive. It is easy in the hand and does really follow the curves in your face. Now for a couple of niggles. I am surprised that a shaver of this cost does not have a simple travel case and means it must be wrapped in something if packing it for a holiday. They can only cost a few pence to produce ! I wish it could be charged without being placed in its stand. Having said that, it is a very good shaver giving an excellent shave. ...
