Advantages: Relatively cheap and robust Disadvantages: Poor picture quality
The PhilipsSPC 200N PC Webcam, I only recommend it as a budget camera!
The Camera's User guide is VERY easy to follow - only two pages of instruction in each of 8 languages! Installation takes minutes.
Camera (about 4X6X8 cm and as light as a feather) plugs into a USB so does not require an extra power supply. It is very robust, but being so light it tends to be dragged to the side by the weight of its own wire!
Flat base so cannot be mounted onto a laptop or speakers. Looks just like the image on the box?
Picture quality is painfully bad, and cannot cope with ANY movement, but most budget webcams are like that?
Microphone not inbuilt but a massive one you have to keep right in front of your moth is included.
Software you can use to take videos with the camera is included in the installation CD, but video quality is ...
Advantages: Great picture Disadvantages: Not compatible with MS Vista

Having just purchased a new desktop already loaded with Vista I had not expected Philips flagship web cam not to work with it. It gets worse, as having contacted Philips they are saying that they currently have no information as to when a driver will be released. ...
Advantages: Features Like Any Regular Digital Camera Disadvantages: 16 MB Internal Memory and No Zoom Capabilities
. Prepare for your young ones to take candid shots of you, then "improve" them by warping the pictures in silly ways or adding funny frames. The camera can store up to 120 photos or 5 minutes of video.
This resilient camera is sturdy enough to handle the tumbles that it will inevitably face. Designed specifically for children ages 3-6, the VTech KidiZoom Digital Camera has large buttons that are easy to manage. It also has two large grips for small hands, and a dual viewfinder. Kids can connect the camera to their television or PC and show off their work to friends and family. They can add special effects to photos and videos. Another popular feature are the games that come with the camera. Three games geared toward preschoolers are included with the VTech KidiZoom Digital Camera. The camera also comes with a set of headphones that can be ...
