A good basic VCR at a good price. Ours was purchased from Dixons for under £100 a few years ago. It's taken a bit of a hammering as it has been used to convert old VHS tapes to DVD format, so has had constant cueing, stopping, rewinding and fast forwarding but it shows no signs of giving up yet! Unit has a good on screen display, fast rewind times, video plus and Nicam stereo. The buttons on the front of the unit feel quite plasticy but seem to be reliable. The buttons on the remote are rubber and a bit stiff to operate - you have to mash them a bit to make good contact! The main Play etc ... more
