They do care but read your terms and conditions Advantages: all round cover, easy to claim Disadvantages: occasional dificulties on technicalities but thats normal with insurance I have to say the insurance does seem very good. You have the option of taking out insurance on both your pay as you go and pay monthly handsets and sim. Orange phone insurance.....FAB Advantages: They replace your phone within 24 hours Disadvantages: It costs £6 a month but well worth it ...phone insurance until I lost my phone on a drunken night out, and had to pay to get a new phone.
