You just assume they are ok and ignore them, when actually you should be giving them more consideration than the likes of spoilers and cone filters. They are certainly more important than most things on cars, certainly up there with tyres.
Race X is a company with a lot of history, they have been established for some time now, and they are starting to get a good name. The company also sells a range of styling accessories that the younger boy racers need to make their cars look better, and while some of these flash items do look good, they are not what I would call improvements. Having said that, when it comes to the looks of these items, they do have an extensive range, and the quality of these items does seem very good, Although I do wonder if they're spending their money on the wrong things sometimes.
Looking through their catalogue, you will also notice over 300 styling bits available, including "cool" pedal pads, titanium look gear knobs & gear lever gaiters in stunning red leather. This is also the place to find "Bling" things like locking wheel nuts etc. There are also the usual array of tax disc holders & "go faster" mats with funky logos, and also of course the usual range of "super" cone filters.
Right, this review is about wiper blades, and the Race X company does quite a few, in different colours, red, blue, and silver, plus the black ones in this review..The quality of the blades is pretty good, they do clean windscreens well, and they do seem to last without perishing. They incorporate a spoiler, and are made of silicone rubber. You decide on the looks yourself. All I will say is that they do actually work, too many items nowadays are sold just for the looks. The ones in this review are 20 inches, or 500mm, but of course they do make other sizes. All fittings used on these are standard, so no special adapters to buy.
Cost - Right - I have found that these prices are a little on the expensive side, or maybe I am biased because I just prefer factory fitted original equpment. I can't list exact prices at this time due to the website being down, and other stockists all have their own discount prices.
