Piat D'Or Merlot review. |

Okay here is my first wine review. I have just sampled a 2009 Piat D'Or Merlot and I have to say this is one of the smoothest red wines I've tasted for a long while. It has a fruity flavour and is very palatable. The fruity flavour is certainly 'Berry like' but I couldn't tell you what type.
It is very refreshing and doesn't leave a strong taste in your mouth after drinking. I'm sorry if my review is amateurish, I'm not a professional wine taster obviously, but I know what I like and this wine is very easy to drink and is extremely good value for money. Apparently for some reason, unbeknown to me, it is becoming less fashionable to enjoy French wines but this is one French wine that I'm sure you will enjoy. Hope this helps?

It only really helps to a certain degree, as you have quite rightly described its taste. However, what price is it and where can I get it from? When you write a review, think about as much as you possibly can on what you would what to read about the product yourself.
