Picture Publisher 8.0 Complete package

Micrografx Picture Publisher is an excellent image scanning tool that came free with my Scanner. First, it allows you to scan images or simply open other images that are saved. It then uses a wizard that walks you through all the general photo editing procedures, ie straighting a crooked photo, cropping a photo, red eye removal, colour adjustment, etc. When all this is done you are then placed into the editing more here you can edit the picture in any way you want, there are all the standard pencil, paintbrush, etc tools, plus some other really cool tools. You can even convert black and white photos into colour, this is really cool! When you are finished editing your photo, you can save it using many of the different file types that are supported, I generally use the jpeg format which then gives you compression with a preview window showing before and after compression. This is an excellent product that I would have been willing to pay good money for but as it came for free with my scanner it is excellent value for money.
