Advantages A real bargain!
Disadvantages Very bad drivers and software, lack of after-sales support.

If you are looking for a TV tuner, I have to say, never think of any Pinnacle products. I bought my PCTV Rave, one year ago. At the beginning, everything seems to be fine. But after I install some new software, e.g. Nero 6, and Windows Update, especially the Windows XP Service Pack 2, I have got lots of incompatible problems with the program come with this Card called Pinnacle Vision. So I tried to find some solution on the company’s website. Until then, I found they have stopped to publish new update for its software and left all its users in its forum to try to exchange their solution ... more
