It is a silver player with that is reasonable in size and relatively light in weight. It has a nice front display where mode and functions are displayed ... ...the player itself takes only a couple of minutes to setup with a scart lead and a very user-friendly on screen menu-setup system.
The remote control is easy to use and relatively uncluttered and a very good size - batteries are included.

As for picture quality it is superb and I have never had a DVD jump on me yet - frame by frame and slow-motion images are just as clear as normal ones.
The sound quality is again superb even through a Nicam TV, if you have surround sound then it is amazing for the price as many other lower-budget players are often alittle disappointing on sound quality.
