Offering five high performance speakers and a subwoofer to deliver pristine 5.1 surround sound in any compact arrangement, the Pioneer HTP-2900 comes attired in a new black finish to complement any décor. Don't be fooled by its small size though. With 860 total Watts of power, it comes loaded with exclusive innovations like Sound Retriever for improved sound quality of compressed music files and Hybrid Amplifier Design for audio precision.

...The pioneerHTP- GS1 is a surround sound system that has been designed for use with the Xbox 360 games console, although you can use it with any other piece of equipment like other surround sound kits, the looks and colour of this awesome piece of kit means it complements the console perfectly.
The system is compatible with all Dolby surround sound modes and has loads of extra features including AM/FM RDS tuner and a range of inputs(2 Optical/1 Coaxial/1Analog).
Out of the Box you notice that the amplifier is integral with the sub-woofer and the LCD display is a small separate panel that is designed to sit on top if your 360, in total there are 5 satellite speakers and a sub-woofer, the display and remote and a whole lot of cables in the box.
The set up takes some time as there is a lot to plug in and many cables to hide from view...
