Advantages: Stylish looks, my mates have not got one .  Great Pioneer quality
Disadvantages: Only one scart socket, complicated remote

When I was looking for a new home cinema I wanted a good quality make and with it the picture and sound advantages. Looks are also something which is important to me as I have that found that a lot of DVD players of late are just plain ugly.
I found the installation OK but does need a little bit of thought. That done I wanted to connect my VHS through the home cinema for the sound, however due to there only being one scart lead this can only be done via phono leads. This I am still waiting to tackle. The playback quality and sound are superb but the room set up needs to be correct. Take time to read the manual and this home cinema is miles ahead of alot of the competition of the same price range and its looks ultra cool!
