Some tyres I have had including the toyo proxies were good in the dry but not in the rain and vice-versa. The Pirelli p-zero rosso managed both, they provide amazing dry performance as well as very good wet performance. I have used these tyres for fast road applications and track days and they managed some excellent grip on the ¼ mile also.
Over the entire tyre is one I will be using for many years to come on all my performance cars.
These opinions / results were based on 235/45/17 tyres.

You would have thought a tyre for a 4X4 could handle a curb at 4mph. Repeating this because you have to have 120 words to submit a review doh! Got a full set of these and had a blowout at less than 4mph going over a 6 inch curb. No refund from Pirelli as didn't keep ...

the go ahead to push it past its limits
Build Quality- Is good and the plastics of the dash are high quality although there are a few cabin rattles
Insurance- I have my car insured with Directline for about £320 Fully comp and I have declaired the options including the wheels
Cost of running-the fuel costs can be high if you plant your right foot down hard all the time but I have fun in my car and still get 30mpg, service costs are about £200 every 18000 miles
Tyres- I hate the pirellip-zerorossos originally fitted to the car and now run sportcontact m3 same as they fit to BMW M3's they cost about £104+vat each and are 225 45 18
