Whilst it was easy to order on line and the delivery was fast and before Xmas, it was disappointing that because the headphones were not wrapped, my husband knew what he was getting for Xmas as he opened the door to the courier and immediately saw what his Xmas present was (BEFORE XMAS). On Xmas day we found that the wrong power supply for the UK had also been sent so now he is not able to use the headphones until I am able to get a UK power supply! I hope that Pixmania will supply the right power supply very quickly in order to redeem themselves as a supplier of good quality equipment at a good keen price. Need to check what is being sent out! ...

I had terrible experience with Pixmania. I wonder why i didnt research all the feedback that is out there for that vendor.
I ordered a 46 HDTV Sony on 13th of August, that was shiped 10 days later, arrived in 3 days with damage and missign parts (Tv stand scratched, missing screws to mount tv to stand, missing papers, missing the 2 bateries for remote). heres a link of the box documented by the logistic company - http://img504.imageshack.us/i/pixmaniasucks.jpg/
Of course i return it and filed a order return form. Only available in electronic format, couse its impossible to reach customer service. I got a confirming email that within 24h they will contact me. 3 days later a Pixmania staff called me and said that they will send new TV within the end of the week. Next week - 5 days later i receive an email saying that they will do ...

awful customer service, bought a razer gaming mouse, went faulty within two weeks, returned it, took pixmania two weeks to replace it, the second one went faulty within two days, sent it back, again at my expense, took them nine days to acknowledge receipt. spoke to customer services and was promised a refund within two days...nothing...rang them five days later and was point blank refused a refund, customer services were obstructive and abusive...mouse is still with them three weeks later, waiting for a repair..wouldnt refund or exchange for different make of mouse..I dont want another razer mouse, but have no choice but to wait for repair...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF THERE IS A CHANCE YOUR PURCHASE WILL GO FAULTY ...
