I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pixmania. My friend has one word for it; he described it as 'crap'. Customer service is awful. The delivery address was changed by Pixmania to the invoice address. Another delivery address, I did not enter, appeared on the database -violation of Data Protection Act. I took Pixmania 4 weeks to rearrange delivery. New delivery was confirmed but 4 days later the new instructions, issued on request ...

I bought a Garmin nuvi 265W Traffic from Pixmania in October and although the price was extremely competitive and the goods were received quickly with good communications from customer service, the traffic bundle was not installed on the unit. After several communications with Garmin directly and sending my proof of purchase, they added my traffic subscription to my unit. Assuming it was just "one of those things" I left it there. Until now, when ... ...from Pixmania with exactly the same problem - no traffic subscription on a unit sold with traffic. He is now going through the same painstaking process of convincing Garmin to add it on for no extra charge. If you time it right you can get a great price from Pixmania - however you appear to pay for it by correcting their mistakes. ...

Product was initially ok and very quiet. After 5 or 6 weeks it changed to being the noisiest washing machine I have ever owned.
Hotpoint were no help at all. Tried to charge £40 for a call out fee whilst under guarantee - saying there was nothing wrong with the machine Their service engineers issue an official invoice whilst on site with all the associated follow up for non payment if you do not get it withdrawn - be aware especially if you don't ... ...your own! Pixmania were also no help. Pixmania passed us on to Currys and vice versa for after sales service. How you can be passed on to a third party, nothing to do with the purchase, is beyond me. Pixmania refused to change the machine and really just passed us from pillar to post. Hotpoint have since made some adjustments to the machine - but it still almost shakes the house down whilst operating on the spin cycle which it did not do when first ...

I purchased a panasonic lumix g1 and additional lens from pixmania. It arrived in good time and it was not without some excitement that I opened the box to find not only the camera but a plethora of manuals as well. I figured that the camera was going to be more complicated to learn than I had anticipated, but this was certainly going to be an understatement as all of the manuals were in foreign language.
