I must admit I am rather used to the 2.99 bottle of vinegar you get from the local supermarket, but this stuff proves it's well worth paying that little bit extra, well, a lot extra actually, but I still think it's worth it!
The smell (or bouquet to you wine aficionados) is extremely fruity but at the same time subtle. Now I've sniffed a bit ... ...to some nasty acidy fruit juice, but not this! From first to last sip it's a dream, the berry flavour never overpowers and remains pleasant throughout.
There seems to be an underlying herby taste as well… very complex and hard to describe, but so pleasant you'll enjoy the experience.
I'd say its medium bodied (again, reminding you I'm no wine expert) and never seems to overpower your taste buds.

Now the down side…..
You'll find it extremely hard to get hold of in the UK!
When you do find it… it'll be extremely expensive. In the restaurant I went to it was over £30 a bottle, but you can contact a decent wine merchants and find it for around £16.00 a bottle, but that's when your buying a whole case.
