Plantronics CS 60 Headset

We use these headsets at work, and they are fantastic. In our industry we need the ability to use both hands whilst working. In the past we would hold the phone handset between our ears and our shoulders which, along with being quite uncomfortable, actually breaks the rules of health and safety! The headset is light and you can easily forget you are wearing it. We did have someone finish a shift once and walk out of the room still wearing one! My colleagues and I were all equipped with new Plantronics headsets after we requested them to assist us on a day to day basis. We spend long periods of time on the telephone and have to keep detailed notes of every conversation we have.
