Plantronics conducted the largest ever human-factors study of the ear before designing the Encore headset range. This study, of over 700 ears, resulted in a headset created for supreme comfort and stability. Encore's unique Sound Enhancement System allows users to alter the tone of their caller's voice at the flick of a switch. It's quick and easy to change a normal telephone tone into a fuller, richer sound - and with the Encore Binaural headset, the sound can be adjusted separately for either ear.
