Plantronics Supra H61 Headset

This is possibly the best headset I've ever used. As it has dual earpieces, the noise of a busy sales office is cut down considerably. Also, the padded foam means that it sits comfortably on your ears and the adjustable head band fits from very small to very large heads! It simply plugs into a headset socket in the back of a telephone (if supported) or unplug the handset and replace with the headset. You do, however, still need to lift the handset to answer the call, but both hands are free during the call.
