Plantronics Supra H51 Headset

Advantages: Lightweight, Easy to use, Comfortable
Disadvantages: Amplified Background noise, separate amplifier required for good volume control

and the volume of the phone could only increase this marginally. As such, I would highly recommend using an amplifier (also from Plantronics) between the headset and the phone. This allows the volume to be controlled fully and removes this as a potential downfall of the equipment. One of my complaints with the headset is that the microphone appears to be more sensitive to background noise, compared to the tradtitional handset. On a small number of calls I have reverted to using the traditional handset over the headset due to the noise interference, however this does not happen often. Overall, I would highly recommend this headset. ...

Plantronics Headset voice tube!

Advantages: Sleek, original design, great handsfree device
Disadvantages: can fall off head now and then, also quite flimsy

COST: £6.28 PLACE OF PURCHASE: The Link BRAND: Plantronics SIZE: 11cm These are wicked new handsfree devices suitable for all mobiles, and was released earlier this year. I've been using mine whenever I get the chance and have since didtched the motorola headset I was previously using. They come in 6 different colours and ave a silver ear piece and a silver voice piece end. You wear it by wrapping around your ear and have the bottom bit poking out from under your lobe and towards you lips. The unique design of this little gadget is meant for ultimate comfort and so is flexiable and adjustable for all ear sizes and head shapes. Which I personally thought was great as I've got rater small ears and the handsfree gizmoz I'd tried before where way too big and always caused me pain. My favourite part about this is not only does it ...

Review of Plantronics Headset voice tube Colour: Clear

on headsets

Advantages: comfy all day wear
Disadvantages: loud feedback

This headset is a bit expensive for its quality. Although i bought mine outside the country for a considerable lesser price, had i known better, i would have bought a wireless one. It is still functional after two years. I lost both of the voice tube microphone cover though and i think that is whats causing too much echo when i talk and too much mic sensitivity. That also causes alot of feed back so i have to press on mute all the time, and everytime i am done speaking, to avoid the feedbacks. On the upside it supports all Plantronics amplifiers and USB-to-headset adapters so i guess i just have to get one. It is also comfortable to wear for long hours. I would not recommend to get leatherette ear cushions, that made my ears sweat and itchy eeks. ...
