...useable. All in all, unless Hitachi (who won't talk to me) are a little more forthcoming with a solution. The TV's going back, which would be unfair on the retailer who has been very good up to now. I like the TV, it has all the features I was looking for and at a price I could afford. Advantages: Very good picture, easy to use, can be used as PC/Games console screen
Disadvantages: Only 1 HDMI connection, awkward placing of the scart sockets.

...having a normal telly from Hitachi - that lasted a good 15+ years (i'm 19 and still too young to remember how long we had it) - i had no worries about buying one again and so far i'm glad i did. Argos are currently selling these tv's for £666 and i still think it's a bargain for what i paid for it!!! Advantages: Large screen, hdmi, HD ready, Freeview built in, Power swivel, SD card reader.
Disadvantages: Didn't come with a RF lead.....thats about it.

...plasma TV's. I must say one thing though. Hitachi are really the only company that has pioneered the motorised swivel and seem to be able to carry it off so well in there range of TV\'s. I wonder if Sony or Samsung will try there hands that this technology. ... Read review
