Samsung PS50B430 best 50" tv for £599.00 Advantages: Easy to install, easy to use, great looking tv Disadvantages: transporting tv from the shop as the box is huge and home delivery can be expensive. I purchased this tv for the price of £599.00 from comet and in my opinion if you are looking for a 50" tv this is the best value tv on the market at the moment. The picture quality and sound are very good and in my opinion this tv looks fantastic. Good TV, but Argos ripped me off Advantages: 42 inch screen, stylish, mint sound system Disadvantages: Argos ripped me off :( ...chose. It is from LG which is a trusted brand so I knew from the start it would be reliable and last a long time. This one was recommended for my personal needs by the assistant in the shop. I got it from Argos in their Boxing Day sale, as this one had a lost remote control and a damaged base they sold it me for £650 rather than £799 which is what it normally sells for. But now, looking online, I wouldn't recommend Argos for buying this as you ... ...Setting up It is very simple to set up. With a bit of help from the manual given I managed to set it up myself in half an hour. I had asked for it due to the digital switch over. Tuning this television was very easy. You can have it wall mounted if you buy a wall bracket with it but this costs extra, usually around £35. fantastic tv would recommend it to any !!! Panasonic TH 42PZ80E Plasma TV Advantages: great picture, excellent blacks, 24p and no motion blur Disadvantages: 42" doesnt seem big enough, 1 more HDMI would be nice ...in the world! The Panasonic TH-42PZ80E offers: Great picture quality. The built in freeview tuner is more than up to par and puts most other LCD sets to shame Sound quality is very good for a flat screen bearing in mind that they all have tiny speakers 3 x HDMI connectors, 1 set of component connections, sx scart connections, and a headphone slot! Followed by a SDHC card sclot and a top up tv slot !(that no one uses that I know) The HDMI's are ... ...and the set is full 1080p! There is no motion blur as this is a plasma! Motion is handled wonderfully and it supports 24P for the ultimate BLU-RAY playback! The TV also sports something called intelligent frame creation which is supposed to smooth out any judder and reduce and motion blur - however as I did not notice any on the TV anyways I did not put it on, and when I did the picture seems a little unreal.
