I visited Creative's website to get updated drivers which worked pretty well, but NVidia, the chip manufacturer provides far more upto date drivers on their site. When Creative did ship drivers they didn't support 3D acceleration - which is useless when the card was bought for its 3D capacity. This was finally resolved about 3 months after I bought the card. What really helped in resolving these teething problems was the strong community of GeForce websites that advised on tweaks and fixes. Now the card is functioning well, with Windows 2000 and Windows Millenium edition, and performs like a 3D dream at really high resolutions (can play games at 1280x1024x24bit with no apparent slow down) I think while getting the card early was a good move, I got badly bitten by the lag in shipping good bugfree device...
