Black Attack!
Advantages: Realistic weapons and gameplay, everything can be destroyed! Disadvantages: Borrring story!
Black is a first person shooter brought to us by the makers of the hugely popular racing game series Burnout, Criterion Games. It stars a young man called Sergeant Jack Keller, and Black Ops soldier. He is currently undergoing investigation four days into the future, and you have to go back in time to complete the missions he has been appointed. Later to be revealed, why exactly he is under investigation.
Black is set in western Russia, and our ... ...next Arnold Schwarzenegger hey?
Black is probably one of the best first person shooters available on Playstation 2. It is very unique compared to other shooters, and has a range of features which no other similar games have. In Black, you are given a large arsenal of weapons that seem extremely realistic and similar to real life weapons. The developers have paid a lot of attention here, and each weapon has been created in essence, as realistic as ...

Big Red One, Dodgy Title
Advantages: very realistic single player mode Disadvantages: no multiplayer
The single player mode in Call Of Duty 2 is very realistic as it is similar to battles in a real life situation. The single player mode allows you to fight in a platoon so that you are fighting with other men so you don't have to do everything by yourself. The games single player campaign takes you through the battles fought by the Americans in seperate scenarios with the infantry division called the Big Red One. However it is not like Medal of Honour ... ...makes you play the real battles through the eyes of a soldier who was there, so you can in part indure the hell that hese men had to.
Most importantly it tries to show you what these men fought for, like their country, glory and most importantly their freinds and family.
However it is slightly disapointing that the game doesn't have multiplayer mode which is a very good aspect, however it does have a very good story line which can be repeated.

Fallen Star
Advantages: Weapons, settings, awesome storyboard extras, sound Disadvantages: Graphical discrepencies, collision parameters are poor, short
When the original Medal Of Honor burst onto the scene in 1999, it became the mother of all 'sleeper' hits. Not only was it enjoyable, atmospheric and brilliantly designed, it represented one of a very select number of FPS games to have worked effectively on the PlayStation format.
With MOH selling well and EA pulling the strings, it was perhaps no great surprise to see the series output upped for the PS2 - four entries having appeared on the console. ... ...made the PSOne games great, Medal Of Honor was able to remain at the summit of the FPS genre. Sadly, Frontline's 2003 sequel, Rising Sun, represents the series inevitable fall from grace, failing to redress the old niggles and feeling both unfinished and wholly uninspired.
From the outset, Rising Sun tries to evoke the same 'wow' factor that its predecessor conjured, only this time, using Pearl Harbour as the stage rather than the Normandy Beach ...

call of duty 5 world at war ps2
Advantages: price game Disadvantages: graphics, no live, system
Call of duty 5 world at war is a lot like call of duty 4 except for a few differences including of course the maps. I own call of duty 5 for xbox 360 and it is one of the greatest games ive ever played. I do not own it for ps2 but I have borrowed it fromm a friend and it is not to bad. The thing that I and many others like to do on call of duty is to play the online game and be able to play with friends, and people you dont know, but of course on ... ...Also since the ps2 is such an old system the graphics are no where near as good for ps2 as for xbox or even for ps3. But I do have to say if you do only have the ps2 then I thinki that you should definetly get it. Also the price is very good and a big plus for this game is nazi zombies which you will be able to do by yourself or play with friends if you have more controllers. ...
