Big Red One, Dodgy Title Advantages: very realistic single player mode Disadvantages: no multiplayer The single player mode in Call Of Duty 2 is very realistic as it is similar to battles in a real life situation. The single player mode allows you to fight in a platoon so that you are fighting with other men so you don't have to do everything by yourself. The games single player campaign takes you through the battles fought by the Americans in seperate scenarios with the infantry division called the Big Red One. However it is not like Medal of Honour ... ...makes you play the real battles through the eyes of a soldier who was there, so you can in part indure the hell that hese men had to. Most importantly it tries to show you what these men fought for, like their country, glory and most importantly their freinds and family. Conflict desert Storm " Advantages: Nice realism... Disadvantages: A few annoying glitches... I am playing this game with my brother at the moment, and it really is a good game. We've been playing it solid on multiplayer for about 4 days now and its true that it is very addictive! The realism to this game is great, it tracks the iraqi invasion of kuwait well and all of the missions are detailed and similar to actual events of the first iraqi war. Between missions there are even brief paragraphs outlining your position in the conflict. A ... ...as either the Delta force ( US special forces), or the obviously better SAS! I have always chosen the SAS mainly through pride. Whats good about this game is that the realism gives you a sense of patriotism about the whole mission, and together with the fact that orders given by your team are accompianied with the correct hand signals the army use in real life, makes the experience much better. Shoot - No Time For A Story! Advantages: Smooth FPS action, fairly comprehensive setups, mapmaker Disadvantages: Some dodgy animation, lack of story ...artefact is captured, the evil TimeSplitters race appear, meaning the route to base won't be enemy-free and hence, won't be easy. Whilst completion of Story on Easy can take about an hour, TimeSplitters is a tricky game as enemies are quite quick to react and are highly accurate. Show yourself in the slightest and you will get hurt - and it only takes a second too long to see your life cut well short. Unfortunately, as a game on CD, it does suffer ... ...when playing in 'Arcade' mode. A bonus comes in the pre-defined Arcade-style games of Challenge mode, but lady luck does have a little part to play in a few of these; Story Mode on Hard is well difficult and is the toughest task to accomplish in Timesplitters. The game feels so smooth at 60 fps, but there are slight performance dips when pushed to the limits. The Pro's and Cons Of BF 2 MC Advantages: good clean fun and easy to pick up and play Disadvantages: totally addictive ...side. These are the guys that spoil the Battlefield Exprience for new players.There should be a way to ban these players from the servers. That is all I have to say about BF2 MC.
