nothing comes out of no thing
Advantages: excellent mindcatcher Disadvantages: none
...that is waiting.
The word waiting is very strong in the title of this play it stand s out from all other words its not wait or wited its waiting that means that it is an action that is kepp on going without any end. This waiting is the epitome opf all our life. This waiting is infinite so it makes itself at one instance useless also because its without any end. If some one has seen the first part of matrix there is one line that really is echoing ... ...Estragon. Bothe of them are waiting for godot by a tree. The words that are most important in the play are nothing as they are liiterally doing nothing in the play all they are doing is waiting. They keep on waiting till the end of the play. As all the actions they do during this waiting are reduced to nothing. Then we are introduced to two new characters and one of them is Lucky who though is a servant has the intellect but he is treated as an animal. ...

BECKETT PRODUCED BY PETER BROOK
Advantages: SUPERB ACTORS Disadvantages: GLOOMY, AS IT SHOULD BE
...white sacs, being compelled to come out of them and 'live' briefly by the summoning of an object coming from above, and "Come and Go" is a dramaticules from the Seventies.
Acted superbly by Jos Houben, Kathryn Hunter and Marcello Magni, "Come and Go" sees three women sitting on a bench, dressed very similarly and chatting sparsely about old times. In turn one woman "goes" and the remaining two confide a terrible secret about the one who just left. ... ...so the public does not know what it is: as the preceding repartees are "Who do you find Ru? … I see little change… Does she know? God forbid!" we can only surmise that probably she is mortally ill.
This is repeated three times, each about a different woman, therefore we realize that all the three women are in the same condition: all are probably doomed, and each doesn't know of her own fate, though aware of the others'.
The playlet is very gloomy, ...

NoT I by Samuel Beckett
Advantages: Fantastic monologue Disadvantages: is better to see it
I have seen this on multimedia and would love to actually perform it myself live in front of an audience. Samuel Beckett\'s writings are excellent if somewhat dark and disturbing at times. This particular play can be seen as quite disturbing as the focus is on the mouth of the speaker. It brings to mind the thought process that goes through our heads and seems to be based on memories of a person who we see as a dismebodied mouth. There are constant ...

Death of a Salesman - The tragedy of a broken man.
Advantages: Literature at its finest, the rare tale of an anti-hero who just gives in Disadvantages: Not for everyone
...to publish it again.
Death of a Salesman is a play, written by the late, highly respected Arthur Miller. Miller was not a prolific playwright, and Death of a Salesman is one of his few but most famous works.
The genre of the play is essentially a tragedy although not in the typical sense. Miller wanted to challenge the typical literary device of tragedy which has always been a person of high stature falling out of power because of a fatal flaw. ... ...-Symbolism and Motifs- Death of a Salesman is littered with symbols and motifs that constantly remind Willy of his past and often trigger flashbacks. For example, Linda is always darning stockings, and these remind Willy of his infidelity because he gave stockings to the woman he had an affair with. Diamonds represent wealth and therefore Willy's failure to become successful like his brother. Other symbols and motifs to look out for when reading/watching ...

Take a Letter Miss Jones...the news is good.
Advantages: A powerful piece of live theatre Disadvantages: None
With interest in Blood Brothers revived through the canny decision to cast Mel C in the role of Mrs Johnstone, I thought I'd pen some thoughts.
I've seen the West End production an embarassing number of times now (well into the double digits!) and almost always, have had every emotional button pushed. More of a play with songs, than a musical, the show lacks the gloss of Wicked or the gasp inducing sets of Phantom. But what it does have is a very ... ...report back when I do.
It's been around donkeys years and sometimes we think it's abit of a coach party production or a tourist trap. It's not. Blood Brothers remains a relevant piece of theatre and deserves the widest audience possible. I know I'll be returning. ...
