Playtex Heat Therapy

I have been diagnosed with Endometriosis. When it is my time of the month, I have serious pains in my abdomen most of the time, but have had to take some time off work in severe cases. It’s normally the first three days of a 5-day ordeal which are worst for me. Having used other heat patches for both muscular problems andmenstrual cramps in the past, I saw Playtex heat therapy patches in the supermarket and decided to give it a try. The price for two seemed reasonable and in line with my expectations based on similar products. I used a patch almost immediately and it as directed, on my abdomen but not on the skin over my pants. Around two hours later I felt sore and a bit raw near the zip of my trousers.
