*****UPDATE***** I have been drinking Fruit Cup by Plymouth gin distilleries, for a few years now BUT they are not going to continue with this as sales have dropped. I AM MORTIFIED!! It tastes so much better than Pimms, but being a smaller distillery, can't fight the big boys!! After trying rather a lot of different gins, falling over on numerous occaisions I found upon Plymouth gin. The bottle may not be quite as stylish as other brands but the interesting flavour certainly makes up for this. As opposed to other brands, this gin has a crisp clean taste which is a pleasant change. The interesting monk on the inside label in an interesting idea, it does speed me to drink the bottle rather to quickly though in order for the monk to dry his toes. Plymouth gin is my favourite gin, it is what I use when mix cocktails at my work and it is what I drink at home. Plymouth gin has a rich history, having been distilled in the Blackfriers distillery on Plymouth's waterfront since the 17th century.
