Advantages: not a bad poem Disadvantages: rather shows my dark and crazy side !!
I stand before a mirror dark , enshrouded by the gloom
Where cold air penetrates the farthest corner of the room
Sits damp upon my prickling neck and icy on my skin
Encroaching , circulating cold that slowly creeps within
Into my soul its deep chilled tendrils reach and wrap around
Shivers wrack me as the mist swirls thick upon the ground
Bare feet have fused with hard earth floor and now I cannot flee
As my dark mirror slowly shows a demon's ... ..., his hot breath I can feel
He slides his hand around my neck and forces me to kneel
And there upon the putrid soil I pledge my soul to he
Who's touch is warm , who thrusts his devil heat inside of me
In agony and ecstasy receive his fiery seed
And though I know its deadly sin I feel a searing need
To slake his thirst and procreate a human halfling spawn
Who's very birth will instigate an evil Demon dawn
He pierces my very soul , then sets ...

Leave Me Be
It couldn't be any later,
If the dawn came crashing down,
I'm looking through these floods of tears,
And wondering when I'll drown.
They came to take the pain away,
And with it stole my heart;
They said they'd give it back to me,
If I only didn't start.
See the story that they circulate,
Is repress or be repressed,
Strip so hard that you feel naked
Even when you're fully dressed.
And if I could have my one true wish,
To ... ...peace,
I wouldn't anguish in my rhyme.
Coming Back Round Again
They're screaming down the generations,
Why'd you make the same mistake?
Ample were the warning signs,
The oyster yours to take.
But you abuse through your neglect,
As though that's all there is to do;
Then cry the world has wronged you so
Tormenting while you rue.
But the sin they stole about you
Isn't there's and isn't yours,
It belongs to a society that
Cares not for ...

Advantages: Something to read Disadvantages: That will be up to you
I must confess I like mucking about with poetry, I excelled at it in school, however afterwards my literary skills took a downward direction. So this will be my interpretation of a mad poem.
My head fills with inexplicable thoughts,
They invade every avenue of my brain,
Like ships that traverse to many ports,
They come and go while I remain,
Locked in some time warp of space,
Sometimes no expression on my face.
Dark and gloomy aliens ravage ... ...to all who trespass my mind,
They have no meaning they are not lead,
They inhabit every area they can find,
Not even the usual comfort of sleep,
Prevents me having to weep.
Why oh why do I submit to their will ,
Can I not withstand their force,
When my mind is not blank and still,
I find it filled with such remorse,
I yearn for peace and tranquil rest,
But I wonder if I can stand the test.
These devils feed on my weary thoughts,
I alone ...

A sort of random psycho poem i wrote in good fun, see what u think!
Tonight I feel all light has gone,
Gone from my life, I have no hope,
There's nothing that can bring me up,
I hate my life, I cannot cope,
I live my life in misery,
I cannot see a thing but just
A tunnel, walls are closing in,
Its day to you, but here it's dusk.
The shadows near are long and broad,
And scary things you cannot see,
Lurk in the corners, behind the walls,
... ...me, you wouldn't see,
The rainclouds formed above my head,
Indeed also, you wouldn't feel,
The chill, it's like I'm walking dead.
My mental anguish suffocates,
And lightning flickers in my eyes,
My mood is destined, doomed to swing,
But that to me is no surprise,
All my life I've sat alone,
There's no-one here that cares for me,
But finally when I have gone,
Then everyone will finally see,
Just what ignoring me has done,
I've left a ...

Advantages: If theres any let me know Disadvantages: I am not very good
...puuuuuuuuurfect, this lady can write poems so as I keep my word when I say that I will do something, here is my attempt at writing something.
I really tend to stick to things that I know and what I have experienced, sometimes it is a little over the top but if I can make someone smile, to me it is really worth while doing, writing about products is not for me, so please don't judge me by being in the cafe all of the time.
Here goes my attempt at ... ...you feel, but remember I am no Lord Byron or Shelley, if thats the right names, I am just an ordinary person with thoughts of his own.
I AM
I am the sunlight
that shines so bright
I am the darkness that
comes with the night
I am the voice
that whispers your name
I am the reasoning
that keeps you sane
I am the nightmare
that comes in your dreams
I am the shrill
that makes you scream
I am the one that will
keep you calm
I am the one
...

Just a poem about...Madness really...
Whispers in darkness, the scuffles that pass
My eyes wide open in spaces so vast
Too much to see that which is there
I believe it. I believe it. I know and I care
If I think the wrong thought, the word could destroy
Why are they talking so loud?
The voices are mine, rushing...too fast!
I can solve any problem, philosophy they said... hmm
I feel so damn ugly, suicides a bore, how many ways I can end it all.
I drink with friends and talk on the phone, my voices so loud I contain their groan
Has anyone seen?, would anyone dare?
The madness that has consumed, so much is so rare...
STOP!
Lightning starts flashing, and thunedous roar, tidal waves come and destroy it all, the fires are sweeping, its tearing apart, washing and burning and quaking. Fabric all splitting, tears in ...

Advantages: My boyfriend liked them Disadvantages: That's only because he loves me!
These are two poems that I wrote for my fella a few months back and I just found them so I thought I'd let you all have a look.
The first one is very, very short and has no title but here goes.....
Yesterday I felt alone,
Today I feel complete,
Tomorrows story remains unknown but this love I intend to keep.
And here's the second poem called the things that make me love you.
The way you look,
The way you speak,
Your warm and gentle touch,
The way you understand me and give me so much love.
The way you always make me laugh when I am feeling low,
Whenever you get home alright you always let me know.
The way you make me feel so safe when things are looking bad,
But there's one more thing I just have to say,
You're completely and utterly mad!!
Thanks everyone for taking the time to read my poems, like I said ...

Just for a giggle thought I would have a stab at a Christmas poem. Laugh if you want to!
Here we are mid December
and the world has gone mad
with folks panic buying
for the little 'uns, Mam and Dad
In the shops Christmas spirit
has hit with both fists
and Cliff's on the stereo
singing his latest - "Santa's List"
A large tree adorned with all it can hold
decorations a-plenty in red, green and gold
sits proud at our window
presents laid underneath
and the door, not forgotten
displays a holly wreath
In the street it's so pretty, so lovely and bright
houses illuminated by icicles of light
candles on the window
and tinsel wrapped around the mirror
has anyone thought what we will have
for Christmas dinner?
A turkey so big, it just fits the oven
there's only four of us not a full dozen!
two types of potato ...
