This is an excellent guide to help you get through tot he end of the main quest in pokemon. It has the entire Pokedex listing for the pokemon in the Sinnoh area. It also comes with a free poster! There is also a second volume guide which has the COMPLETE full list of all the pokemon there has been since ruby/ sapphire leaf green/ fire red and emerald. This full list has also the inforamtion of what pokemon evolves into what and what their pre evolves are. It also has extra missions for those who have completed the main quest making the gameplay longer. The second volume book has another free poster containing the full 491 pokemon each clearly labelled. owning this as well as the volume one is great for any pokemon fan.
