action with a unique way to catch everyone's favorite Pok'mon. Launching a "Monster Ball" to begin a game players use flippers to keep the ball in-play and knock the ball into targets on one of two boards Ruby or Sapphire. Adding to the challenge players can catch up to 200 Pok'mon including all Pok'mon that appear in Pok'mon Ruby and Pok'mon Sapphire for Game Boy Advance.

THE GAME
Pokemon Pinball is a good pinball game for anyone. You don't need to like Pokemon as the pinball will keep you entertained for hours.
Everyone knows what pinball is, but if there is anyone that doesn't I will explain it anyway. You simply have two flippers situated at the bottom of the screen, and 1 or two near the top. You bash the ball around with the flippers to hit the objects and gain points.
The idea of the Pokemon Pinball game ... ...table 3 times. Then a Pokemon will appear and all you have to do is hit it 4 times with the ball to catch it.
Evolving Pokemon is done in a very similar way. You hit the ball around the top of the screen in the opposite direction to open evolution mode. Then you must hit the objects that appear with the ball 3 or 4 times to evolve the chosen Pokemon.
RED AND BLUE MODE
The game features two modes/tables of play, the Red and Blue tables. They are ...

Advantages: Can be played by non-Pokemaniacs Disadvantages: The size of the game components on the screen
It’s the original pinball game *and* catching pocket monsters (Pokémon) at the same time. I don’t claim to be any kind of games expert, but having bought a Game Boy Color, the first game I bought to go with it I thought, might as well be “colourful”. I bought Pokémon Blue, and completely exhausted that, and recently purchased Pinball, yet another “colourful” game. Better value than the original Pokémon Game Boy ... ...cartridge Pokémon on one Game Boy game. There are two games to play on the cartridge - “the red table” and “the blue table”, and also, various “bonus stages” – such as “The Meowth stage” (you fire the pinball at Meowth, and gold coins fall down which you collect, or “The Diglett stage” (where you have to knock down all the Digletts, and the Dugtrio at the end). Even if you don’t ...

Advantages: Polished, quick and invloved. Disadvantages: No definitive end to aim for, just high scoring.
...want to avoid the other Pokemon stuff out there, this game stand on its own merit as an excellent portable pinball simulation. You get two main tables (red or blue), but each table has at least 3 (I may find more!) sub games/tables within them. It smacks of that Japanese quirkyness that makes Pokemon so appealing worldwide, the subgames involve things from hitting seals with your ball as they pop out of the water to bouncing the ball between gravestones ... ...As an added incentive to keep playing, you collect Pokemon during play, and can access a Pokedex(with graphics of Pokemon, descriptions and sound effects) to see if you have caught tham all yet, each time you catch a new one, their shadow in the Pokedex becomes a graphic and description. ...

Advantages: good pinball feel, pokemon Disadvantages: only two main tables, pokemon
...The fact that you collect pokemon I think makes the appeal of the game last. You need luck and skill to be able to get the pokeball (your pinball) in the correct place at the right time.
By collecting pokemon you gain points and the chance to evolve them, and gain higher points. You can exchange your high scores with friends or even print them out. Even though this game is new out here and is colour, you can also play it on the original and pocket ...

...get fed up of. the pokemon change in every game you play and it helps you learn who they are and what they turn into. They are two different pinball tables to pick from red or blue. I find the blue more for beginners and the red table as you get better. I would recommend anyone buy this game young or old. I give it 10 out of 10. ...

Before I start this review, I should mention that I am older than the age group the Pokemon games are usually geared at. I am 18, and my boyfriend who has also been playing these games is 19. I have tried to give a good all-round opinion of the game,... more
I bought a Nintendo DS Lite that came with 20 games including Pokemon Diamond. I had been playing Pokemon Silver on my gameboy only a few weeks ago so I was instantly struck by the improved graphics of the Nintendo, and the fun touch screen.
