I had the Polaroid a300 for 2 whole days, an amazing length of time that was only that long because the shop i bought it from was closed! I made this "camera" bump back for a refund. Yes, dear reader it is THAT bad. Why? I hear you ask, well let me tell you... First of all the lcd screen is impossible to look through, you can't see what you are looking at unless you are in the brightest possible light, so unless you plan to take (well, attempt to take - i'll get to that later) your photos in flurescent lighting conditions you are immediatly scuppered. In my home during daylight i was not able to see my partner through the screen even though she was stood directly in front of me 10 feet away! Okay, so let us assume you are stood on the surface of the sun and with your flurescent lightbulbs dazzling away as well and you can actually see the target through the screen .You press the capture button to take your picture that you will keep lovingly for the rest of your life (which would be a short time as you are standing ON the sun!!!) what do you get? Well, if you are lucky you get a picture that looks blurry, scratchy and slightly deformed and this is on the BEST quality setting, at low quality you are lucky to see the right shape! Detailed picture? No chance. In short this camera provides pictures of such shocking quality you would think the box brownie hadn't been invented, stick with a bog standard camera PHONE - it will give better quality. AVOID.
