The Polaroid FLU-3232 is a fantastic purchase. I was looking for a top quality HD 32" flat screen television for around £300 and I stumbled across this. In my opinion, it is a fantastic buy. As I mainly use my televisions for gaming I wanted a good quality television to astound my friends. And this is great for doing so. It isn't the best looking television in the world for a 32" HD ready LCD TV but it certainly does the job when it comes to it.
It was fairly easy to set up and get going, as all I needed was a mate of mine to help me screw the stand into the actual television. I managed to tune the television fairly quickly and name each of the channels with ease. I purchased a component cable to get the full best look potential out of my Wii which really made the games come to life.
The Television has 2 HDMI ports and a "Computer In" feature so you can easily hook up your computer to the television using it just like a big monitor. It is also very easy to link up to your stereo or surround sound system with all the necessary ports included at the back of the product.
The television itself takes a while to brighten up when it is first switched on just as any other LCD TV, and when it has been on a while, the colour is still as good as before.
The only bad point about the television in my opinion is the sound. The television has a built in equaliser which is handy, but doesn't make a difference on its own; Best to hook it up to a set of stereo speakers or surround sound system.
I have had this television now for 3 months and am very pleased with the quality overall. Many of you may have heard of Polaroid before with the great cameras they produce, well this television is probably the best quality one you can get for the price that it is; £299.
** WARNING ** I have had some recent problems with this television. After using it for a decent amount of time, the television for no reason at all makes large popping noises randomly. They are infrequent and don't happen often, but is enough to make you jump and annoy you. As well as this, I experienced yesterday, my television decided to cut all sound and play a length buzz to compensate with picture still fine. turning the televsion on and off solved the problem, but it still baffled me. I will try and talk to Polaroid about this issue but beware, this may happen to you.

my experience of the tv wasn't as positive - the sound cut off after 90 minutes, had to switch it off, then i'd get about 30 minutes use before it cut off again - ended up taking it back and getting another tv
