Advantages: Easy to use, instant pictures, no batteries required. Disadvantages: Expensive films.
My 6 year old son had a Polariod One 600 camera for christmas, the camera cost £24.99 including a film. The camera itself looks funky and it is quite compact for a instant camera, and includes a flash. There is no batteries needed as the film powers the camera, the films are quite expensive at about £9.00 each and only holding 10 pictures.
The films are simple to load, then its just aim and click to take the picture, instantly the picture ... ...first but within a minute or two the picture develops. The camera makes quite a noise when it churns out the photograph. The camera takes colour pictures, but we've found the colours to be abit pale.
I would recommend this to anyone who wants to do abit of photography for fun, or for children. The picture quality of this camera is nowhere near a digital camera or even a normal film camera. This camera is great fun for children and adults alike. ... more

Advantages: Fun, quirky and instant results. Disadvantages: Expensive film pack refills, limited functionality.
I purchased a Polaroid One Classic 600 last summer as a novel touch to our wedding guest book. Our Best Man circulated the room during coffee after the wedding breakfast meal, snapping guests with the Polaroid and then sticking the images on separate pages of our guest book for people to write their messages alongside. The results were hilarious and still have us in stitches when we look back through the pictures and comments. The camera was easy ... ...fully; the instant result is unbeatable really. The major dawback, in my opinion however, is the somewhat extortionately priced Polaroid One (600 in this case) film packs. These are relatively easy to obtain online but cost, in our case at least, approximately £50 for just 20. ...

Reviews which might be of interest for "Polaroid ONE"
When I decided to buy a polaroid camera I found that wasnt a huge ammount of choice and that really the only option i had was to buy the Polaroidone 600. I was hesitant as it was quite expensive but i am pleased with my purchase.
The camera is large and this often proves difficult when taking photos or when carrying it in your bag as you cant just slip it in your pocket or hang it from your wrist. However the quality of the photos is good. They always come out clear and the flash is fantastic on this camera. The only annoying thing about the photos is that theyre often slighty smudged at the bottom of the photo from where the polaroid is ejected from the camera. Yet this is confined to the bottom of the photo and doesnt interefere with the image too much.
Once youve read the instructions its easy to load the film and remove empty ...
Advantages: Single use and cheap. Disadvantages: Still lose the damn thing occasionally!
, you can use it for shopping, clothes, electrical's and yes, you've guessed it, cameras and developing.
On this bombshell I decided it would be wiser to purchase my single use cameras from the afore mentioned store, this is how I came across these.
The store sells very few single use cameras, and the ones they do are not particularly cheap, the "own" brand costs exactly 10p less than the Polaroidone, hence the review on that camera!
The camera's come in there own cardboard pouch, with the packaging markings replicating the markings on the camera itself.
When removed from the cardboard sleeve, the camera is a navy blue colour with a fetching "montage" of pictures on the front, obviously to symbolise the pictures you will be taking with it!
This is a simple generic camera with the usual things, ie there is the view hole ...
Advantages: easy to use, convient, one of the kind. Disadvantages: cost of film and poor focus
I've always been a big supporter of polaroid film. The only things that I don't care much for is their polaroid camera. I used polaroid film for my 4x5 or medium format, and even the 35mm slide film is one of my favorite film of all time. But they really don't make great camera for their film.
I-zone was a different case for me. I got one when it first came out, was not too impress at first because it's very much like all the other Polaroid cameras. The camera itself is focus free and automatic flash settings. Unlike the earlier ones of polaroid camera, this one you actually have to insert battery because the battery is not in the film pack itself.
The only thing about all Polaroid camera is it's easy and convient. I-zone camera is a very fun way to shoot, not because it has a sticky back where you can have a photo sticker ...
