Advantages: Big and chunky(good for children) and instant pictures Disadvantages: Not many features, films are expensive
The polaroidP camera, I thought was pretty fun, although it was a bit big and chunky, this could be an advantage, say if you were buying it for a child. I liked the fact that it gives instant pictures. The main problem with this camera is not the price of the actual camera. The price is fairly resonable, but the price of the film however is not. The film can cost up £12 for 10 photos, working out at £1.20 a photo. You know those pictures you take where the person moves, blinks or doesn't smile?? It's all very well having the odd one of these on a normal camera, but on a polaroid you would be losing a lot of money! ...
Advantages: good quick pictures Disadvantages: film is expensive
This was the first polaroid model made. I like the shape and design. The photos show up in about 3 minutes, but it's fun to watch them develop. The film come is tens costing £9 I think and it's the 600 extreme film for this model. The camera itself actually costs £24.99 which is good. The camera is more suitable for special occasions or meeting famous people, otherwise I would suggest a normal camera. This is a good camera for younger people that are wanting a camera not too complicated and quite cheap. You get a block of film and put it in the camera that's it and your ready to snap away. After ten pictures are taken you pull the empty block out and throw it away. ...

It has a small LCD to show how many pictures you have left, a two zone focus, a lowlight automatic flash, a wide picture format the lens extends from the body, when switched on and retracts when you turn it off
Unfortunately it doesn't have a timer, which would have been a useful addition, can only use Fujifilm Instax film packs! (*)
