This is the first digital camera I ever bought. I was very excited about the purchase because it was inexpensive as far as digital camera go (I paid around $180 four years ago). I was happy with the results of photos, but only because I didn't know better at the time. Now when I look back at those photos I want to cry. Grainy, blurry, color is muted. Just crap.
Another problem I found with this camera is the so very slow upload from ... ...go make supper before I could come back and view the photos. The software they provide is not very good either. I tried it then used my Paintshop to edit photos from then on. I did a lot of editing to get the photos to look somewhat correct.
After I started seeing other digital camera results I vowed to buy a new one and thought I'd give this to my son. It broke before I was able to do either. $180 disposable digital camera. It did ... more

Another problem I found with this camera is the so very slow upload from camera to PC. I would connect the camera then go make supper before I could come back and view the photos.
It did last a few years, but I can't go back and take better photos. If only I had known.
Advantages: Cheap, and good photo quality Disadvantages: A bit heavy
I saw this camera offered at a knockdown price of £70 on Insight UK. 0.8Megapixel and a LCD, at that price I thought its worth a gamble, for a smnapshot camera for the kids.
However after a couple of days use I'm impressed, and won't be letting the kids near it. I takes accurate photos quite capable of producing bright, sharp prints at 5x7inches on my Espon 740. The LCD is a joy to use, and the controls whilst initillay a bit complex now come natutally.
... ...the lack of investment means I any happy to take it places I won't dream of taking a more expensive camera.
In short I wish I'd bought two, one for me and a second one for the kids. It's just a pity that Insight UK have sold out! ...
