I should've known that buying a digital camera at Wal Mart wasn't a very good idea to begin with, but I was short on money and they have very good prices.
If you're in the market for a digital camera just to use for "casual" pictures, such as taking pictures of yourself or your friends, this camera is great for you. It comes with helpful image editing software, and pretty much everything you might need for a digital camera.
Pro's: Flash, you can choose what sort of flash you want, the zoom, and what resolution you want your pictures to be, and it has video.
con's: It takes quite a while to upload pictures from your camera onto your computer. The flash doesn't always work, or it works then peters out after a few pictures. Although you can choose the resolution, the quality of the picture isn't that great unless you reduce the size of the picture after you upload it.
All in all, this is a good camera for the amateur photographer. I wouldn't recommend this camera if you're taking closeup pictures of anyone or anything, but I have gotten great results for landscape pictures.
Pretty good op for your first one. One small point - I assume you bought this camera in the United States, because there doesn't seem to be many WalMart's over here!
