The polti 2100R looks essentially very much like a cylinder vacuum cleaner in general but is lime green in colour and is simplicity to operate with the two buttons on the top of the machine one for the steam generater and one for the tools, the hose is attached using a simple push button clip in place operation, using the optional iron available from polti stockists and polti service department it makes a fantastic steam generater iron which is capable of ironing vertically using the powerful steam operation, although I have found that a lot of the places which sell the 2100R give the iron as a freebe which can't be bad being as it retails at £59 or there abouts this definately...

Advantages: the polti vaporetto will clean carpets without wetting them too much, and restore crushed clothes back to looking new. Disadvantages: the polti vaporetto is rather big and heavy if you have to leave it in its box to store away.

The unit is quite compact, like a cylinder vacuum cleaner, and comes with a large floor cleaner to which you attach a cloth provided or any old bits of rag you have around. There are also extension handles, a small head to use on fabrics which again can be covered with a terry sockette provided or a bit...

I purchased this after seeing a demonstration and I have not been disappointed. There isn't a week go by when it is not in use.
