Advantages: Popeye has always been a great character Disadvantages: Episodes might be a bit too predictable for some.

I put it down to better writers and the fact that they didn't have that much to spend on looks or sounds, so they made use of their brains. Despite the outcome always being the same, it is always sufficiently different.
Or maybe it's just me; I ever get tired of Popeye's small talking. :)
And not a Jeep or Sea Hag in sight, thankfully.

Advantages: A classic and Immortal cartoon Disadvantages: many similar episodes
...I mean almost always in Popeye episodes you’ll see this happen, weather they’re battling over getting customers to their bars, bakerys etc. or over Oliveoil, the love of both their lives.
Even though it is predictable that Bluto will massacre Popeye in the beginning and then the spinach comes..., there’s a good side to that, kids watching are always like; “It’s Ok Bluto take your best shot, just wait till the spinach comes, well applaud Popeye with ...

Advantages: Characters, Catchy Soundtrack Disadvantages: The Best might be over
Popeye has been the perfect role model for people of all ages, his motto eat spinach, beat the evil and have a good laugh over it. I’ve read a couple of reviews here and I completely agree Popeye was much better in the classic era, watching the new Popeye episodes can really be monotonous and id definitely rather watch a classic.
It’s the same old thing in every episode but the fact is the same old thing has actually become legendary, that’s that!! ... ...episode was the one name Popeye and Sinbad, in which Sinbad (Bluto) owns this island full of creatures that help him get Oliveoil, now that was a good one!! Since then all we’ve really come across is the same things over and over and the disputes between Popeye and Bluto are no longer interesting.
Popeye will always be a Legend in my heart but the fact is the lost episodes being recreated looks very unlikely. ...

Advantages: Great sound effects and animation Disadvantages: unoriginal plot
...can't get better than classic popeye cartoons. The spinach munchin' sailor is always having to save the day from the evil Bluto. This is one of my favourite cartoons as the animation is superb and the sound effects strange(especially when he is eating spinach!). It is always a really good laugh as a new unreallistic plot always unfolds and an even more unreallistic end! Popeye and olive regularly stumble across a treasure trail but Bluto is not far ...

Advantages: Great cartoon Disadvantages: Hating Oliveoil.
Popeye is one of my favorite cartoon show's. I love it so much it's really funny. I used to watch it all the time when I was much younger. Being that i'm going to be 16 on the 31st of this month which is August. You may see me as still being young which I'am, but I guess I was watching it the couple of years before it was decided to be less played.
Popeye is a Cartoon character who is a sailorman. Popeye had a enemy named Bluto but sometimes he ... ...Bluto would steal oliveoil from popeye but sometimes he didn't have to, she'd sometimes leave popeye in a second.
Popeye had musle's that would mainly show when he ate his spinach. This show was a good show for young children to watch so they could eat their spinach, they would mainly eat it because they idolized popeye and wanted to be strong like him so they had no problem eating their spinach. Popeye and Bluto would compete all the time mostly ...

Advantages: Rides for everyone! Disadvantages: Bad queing systems.
Drayton Manor Theme Park, situated on the edge of Birmingham, is a fantastic venue for a family day out. There are many rides to suit everyone, no matter how daring. There are the rides made especially for children, like round-a-bouts and there are many other attractions to keep the kids entertained like the Popeye Show.
But for the more daring family members, there are terrifying rides like the new Apocolypse, which is the worlds first standing up vertical drop tower! It is 180 feet tall! Unfortunately the queue was too long for me to get on. (What a shame!) There is also a rollercoaster called Shockwave which is also standing up goin round two corkscrews and a loop. Very fun! The water rides include the Stormforce 10 which is like a log flume going down three drops, one backwards, and there are the rapids which is basically a bumpy ...

are amazing. I can’t stop laughing. But now I don’t get time to watch this because it comes in the morning.
Apart from these you have others:
1. The Mask
2. The Popeye Show : The guy with Spinach Strength
They used to show Adventures of Tintin, but now they have stopped airing it. I am waiting for Astriex & Obliex, Phantom, and Mandrake the magician
Apart from that Cartoon Network als plays some classic war movies on TCM which is the partner. For people who like classic war movies can carry a popcorn and start watching it.
Its definitely a channel which make you laugh and make your life merrier and happy.
We already in reality have so much of Corruption, dowry, rape, scams why do we need to watch it again on television. You have hard day, and when you come home you need something to cheer up and not ...

pence per bottle). That way the Irn-Bru works out cheaper, it tastes better and you are helping the environment, kind of. :-)
As this opinion is appearing in the adverts section I should perhaps say a little about this. Irn-Bru's main problem is that it has only really succeeded in the Scottish market despite many ad campaigns over the passing years. When I was first introduced to Irn-Bru the ad campaign revolved around the drink giving you extra strength (similar to the popeye eating spinach scenario) and always ended in the slogan "Irn-Bru made in Scotland from girders". During my teen years the style changed into a more American format and usually involved only people in the 16-20 age group. One advert from this time I remember with fondness involves a young couple at a train station saying their goodbyes. When the train pulls off ...
