Advantages: Cheapest washable pad on the market Disadvantages: not so good for heavy flow
We are all becoming more eco-friendly and disposable pads & tampons are an issue for landfill and beaches. Care for your body and the planet with washable pads.
I really like these Popolini Menstrual Pads, as they are completely natural (no PUL waterproof layer), just unbleached or organic unbleached soft cotton terry. They come with 2 removable pads, so you can adjust the absorbency as required. They're slim fitting & really comfortable too, but the best bit is that they are definately the CHEAPEST on the market - such good value.
Tip for Washing - Soak in cold water to prevent staining, tumble dyable! Get a pad purse with 2 compartments for your handbag, one for used and one for clean and using pads is easy peasy away from home too. Mine have lasted for years, think of all the money you will save!!

Advantages: User friendly, light weight and good load capability Disadvantages: C rated so not he most economical
As most people in Britain own a washing machine, many, like me, probably struggle to get there washing dry, especially with the glorious sunshine and top quality weather that is constantly warming our cheery faces, (that was sarcasm by the way), so the invention of the clothes/tumble dryer was a god send.
So when my old dryer suddenly decided to stop blowing hot air, whilst also gaining a sort of stutter, I decided to go on the hunt for another similar one, coming across a brand called White Knight.
