I used to have a Carrera 4 Cab which was quick but this car is in another power league. Internally it is identical to the non-Turbo versions but externally it has lower suspension (does not like traffic calming humps) and has air vents scooped out of both sides of the car. For those who like relaxed driving keeping revs under 4000 the 911 Turbo is like driving any executive cruise machine but floor the pedal to the metal it becomes quite simply a rocket!
Insurance is expensive and fuel consumption can be challenged if driven hard but 25 MPG is easily obtainable. All in all it is a practical supercar and with Tiptronic a relaxed drive even in the city. Depreciation is better than on Ferrari's and the extra 2 (albeit small) seats make it more practical than a Mercedes SL (a 2 seater only)
