...Using in a car Panasonic portable DVD players are apparently the best for in-car use. I've only used it the once, but it was very easy to set up. The player comes with a headrest mounting bracket, which was easy to set up in the car - although I would recommend that parents don't leave their children to do it because it is probably a bit to fiddly for little hands. I had absolutely no problem with watching a DVD in the car - there is shock protection ...
...but I am surprised that Panasonic haven't come up with a way to make the pciture better. Price I was shocked when I researched the price to find that it is in the range of £200. The cheapest I found was online from 121Electricals (not a site I'm familiar with for £198.45. The Curry's price is £226.99. i took this on a road trip plannin to watch a couple of films on it an only watched one film an the battery was nearly flat and i gave up because of hearing the film over road noise is difficult as times iam sorry to say but portible dvd players are a waste of money unless you have money to burn,because the obvoius factor of the screen size becomes very annoyin and the battery life is very poor you couldnt spend a day on it so its not all that portible ... This portable DVD player is the perfect size and weight to carry around with you so you can watch it through out the day. I recently purchased it for £150 but have found you can now buy it for around £146. I'm not sure if I would advise you to buy it as the latest gadgets including the ipodtouch do more such as store DVDs for around £165. It would be better to get an ipodtouch than this. ...is fairly large for watching it in the car. In addition the controls for the DVD menu are easy to use and very clear. What's more the DVD player looks good. In my book this is very important as I am able to show it off! As a portable dvd player this is one of the best and does the job very well. I bought this portable DVD player because I had seen positive reviews about it, and wanted to see it for myself! I'm certainly not disappointed with it and I'm glad I did buy it! What stands out the most to me is the battery life. It lasts for hours! I heard the battery lasts for 12 hours, but found this untrue. ...you only listen to music on the DVD player, the battery lasts a lot longer than when you are watching films. The screen is 8.5 inches and the LCD screen is attached to an arm which allows more flexibility when your adjusting the angle you want.
