i took this on a road trip plannin to watch a couple of films on it an only watched one film an the battery was nearly flat and i gave up because of hearing the film over road noise is difficult as times iam sorry to say but portible dvd players are a waste of money unless you have money to burn,because the obvoius factor of the screen size becomes very annoyin and the battery life is very poor you couldnt spend a day on it so its not all that portible ... This portable DVD player is the perfect size and weight to carry around with you so you can watch it through out the day. I recently purchased it for £150 but have found you can now buy it for around £146. I'm not sure if I would advise you to buy it as the latest gadgets including the ipodtouch do more such as store DVDs for around £165. It would be better to get an ipodtouch than this. I bought this portable DVD player because I had seen positive reviews about it, and wanted to see it for myself! I'm certainly not disappointed with it and I'm glad I did buy it! What stands out the most to me is the battery life. It lasts for hours! I heard the battery lasts for 12 hours, but found this untrue.
