Review of Apple iPod Nano video 4GB Third Generation by Pro-Review

Advantages: Beautifully designed, feature packed, wonderfully ergonomic
Disadvantages: Not built to last, really, its not.

...just yet but it is great for a smaller music collection or an apple devotee on a budget (you know who you are) In short this could have been a great player if Apple had learned from their previous mistakes but alas it wasn't meant to be ... Read review

Apple iPod Nano 3G
Review of Apple iPod Nano video 8GB Third Generation by stevie304

Advantages: Small
Disadvantages: Small Screen

When I held the iPod nano, if felt solid and well built in my hand. It is very small, and dissapears easily in your pocket. The click wheel is rather inconsistent, jumping down categories at times. The new UI (user interface) is rather slow, sometimes taking a few seconds to load a menu. Coverflow is pointless... BUT, for its functionality, great appearance, and price, it is a great player for the beginner buyer. Very easy to use and the itunes website ...
...are a bit poor quality but these are easily upgraded with many types now availabe. Battery life can be short when using to view films and also slow to convert films to correct format but this function is a bit pointless as the screen is too small for viewing full films ... Read review

Attention All University Students
Review of Olympus WS-331M 2 GB by ABesiroglu

Advantages: It's the best purchase i have made thus far
Disadvantages: can be a little expensive if you do not shop around properly

Attention all university students, After weeks and weeks of researching dictaphones, i purchased this item. And what a great choice i've made. There are two noise reduction options which allow you to cancel out any unwanted air-con or background talking noises. Most people in my class place their dictaphones next to the lecturer, while i can get the same quality sound from the back row of a giant lecture theatre. If you are a university student, ...
...you! It's got massive memory (even on high quality taping mode), is extremely attractive (especially with its cs-115 case), great battery life (a months worth of recording with a lithium battery on 12 hour lectures a week), excellent recording quality (and can be used as a mp3 player), and the internal usb means that you do not need to carry any cords or cd programs to upload your recordings to any other computer (just plug it in and you're off). ... The S5, smaller, stylish with better sound!
Review of Samsung YP-S5 8GB by lea20

Advantages: Thinner than K5, cool screen, more features
Disadvantages: Screen balck is not completely dark, smudges easily.

Having owned several Samsung branded MP3 players over the years, I really enjoyed them so I decided to upgrade from their K5 mp3 player. I found this well built and very reliable (hardly ever crashed) and loved the portable slide out speaker. When the S5 was released a year later, also with slide out speaker, I thought this upgrade had to be a must. I was right. I decided to go for more storage from a 2gb to an 8gb. The 8gb actually costs less than ...
...K5 missed and the few faults that the K5 had have been ironed out. The S5 now has album art, a prettier screen, video playback and bluetooth. Fair enough the screen doesn't go as dark as the K5's did, meaning it no longer becomes a seamless part of the front of the player, but it still looks stylish none of the less. The menus are more animated and the songs are better organised, with the option to display your music as folders or organised by their ... Read review

All You Need to know
Review of Apple iPod 80 GB by djtmj

Advantages: Size it holds is phenominal
Disadvantages: Mentioned in text

It is great and holds more songs than you will ever need. The Classic looks stunning but there are some PROBLEMS most notably: it sometimes skips songs refusing to play them at all. Occasionaly freezes cauzing a complete restart. Click wheel is extreemly unresponsive compared to other models. Screen scratches very easily. (I recogmend buying a protector) These problems are frequent!!! But overall it is fantastic, the sound quality is brilliant ...
...and its ability to play movies, podcasts, songs, and display photos and hold contacts is extreemly worth while. You can buy online for £160 or less. There is no other real competitor with this product because of the quantity it can hold. Only for the serious music fans with over 20gb of music. ... Read review
