...One wonders why a Microsoft product wasn't simply made compatible with their already developed, easy to use, Windows Media Player. Regardless, this isn't and so you HAVE to use the software for Zune. Basic problem, it takes a lot of your computers memory to run, so essentially if you have a slightly older PC, you can't run much else while syncing your Zune to your PC.
