...This particular MP3 player is actually a generic cheap one and you can get ones almost identical to it for under 20 quid. It is of the S1MP3 type (www.s1mp3.org) manufactured in China. It is easy to use albeit a little fiddly and the menus are easy to navigate and understand. I bought one of these a while back and at first it appeared to an able and good value product. The display is simple and easy to understand and getting music onto it was just as easy as clicking a button. It didnt have a huge memory but the price made up for that being the cheapest MP3 player with 256MB memory I could find. However I quickly realised the battery power on this model is awful. I love my ipod shuffle. I do have an ipod nano as well, but I find that i'm using the shuffle more and more over the nano. Firstly I find that the size and design of the shuffle (clip feature) is far more useful than the nano, it means you don't have to worry about having a pocket to put it in and is particularly useful for situations like the gym. ...it needs recharging. I paid £22 for mine off bigpockets when they were selling all the old models off cheaper which is no doubt an absolute bargain. I also feel that the sound quality is as good as all the other Ipod types. The choice of colours is also good so you can pick one to suit your style. The thing with the shuffle is you obviously don't know what song is going to come next, so I make sure that I only put my favourite songs on it in groups ... Read review
