...checked on the on the philips website and they had a firmware upgrade available. It was quick and easy to download and upgrade my player, and afwards it's worked like a charm, not a single problem with it. I havent really used any of the other features like the picture viewer or sound recorder, but as a stand alone MP3 player I find this to be an excellent little device. I have a Philips HDD1635, it is a total peice of SHIT! I will NEVER buy another product from them.
