i took my parcel to the post office on the 7/4/2009,the parcel contained a valuable item,i was informed that the best way to send my parcel would be by parcel force 48 as it was a guaranteed 48 hour service and i could track and trace my parcel online i informed them of the value of the contents which was £450,at no point was i made aware that extra insurance was available at a cost,if they had told me extra insurance was available i wwould have ...

Was expecting the worst to be honest after reading all of the horror stories from people here but my experience of DPD was flawless. Redirection service Royal mail a joke!

Advantages: You might get mail sometimes.... you don't get any bills!
Disadvantages: You pay for a very poor service, you might not get your mail, you have credit cards stopped.

Hmmm, Is that my vase?
